Pimak gets award at KOSGEB’s 4th Innovative SME Awards

Pimak Profesyonel Mutfak was short-listed at the 4th Innovative SME Awards jointly organised by KOSGEB (Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organisation) and Halkbank. Pimak received the award after inspections were made on the company’s innovative works, thereby becoming one of Turkey’s rising brands due to its recent innovative practices and the synergy it brought to the sector. Standing out amidst five thousand other applicants, Pimak received acclaim for its approach to new markets and innovative products. The company’s representatives received the award from Science, Industry and Technology Minister Fikri Işık in a ceremony attended by Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu. 
 
Pimak Group’s co-founder Rıza Ergun said: “Founded in 1992 as a family company, Pimak became one the most prestigious firms in the industrial kitchen equipment sector and also one of Turkey’s fastest growing manufacturers. Today, Pimak continues manufacturing in a 6000 square metres facility. The group that has established strategic partnership in recent years has 200 employees. In the domestic market of industrial kitchen equipment, Pimak has representativesin every city of Turkey, boasting a wide marketing and after-sales services network. Abroad, the company offers services with distribution channels and authorized services in over 40 countries in five continents, aiming at becoming a leader in its sector and the world. Pimak opened stores in eight countries and boasts franchises in other countries. Pimak manufactures industrial kitchen equipment for hotels, restaurants and cafés as well as bakery equipment, army kitchens, mobile field kitchens and equipment, hospital equipment, school and factory kitchens.
